 Latest News Wedding in Gloucestershire (June 27, 2007) Well we have just returned from 3 days in Gloucestershire where we did the disco for a wedding in Slimbridge.
As you can imagine the weather was a vital player in the proceedings and just as they came out of the church yesterday afternoon the heavens openend.
The bride and groom had rented a large house for the week right next to the church and the reception was meant to be outside but everything got soaked so after people eating where they could the steel band set up in the dining room and got the party started.
We set up in the morning room and with the help of improving weather were able to play to the brave souls who stayed outside all evening as well as those indoors.
It was a great night and I can certainly say we have done nothing like it before - wouldn't mind doing it again though.
